Is it doable/enjoyable? Mainly interested in Nintendo World. For reference it'll be in a couple of weeks, midweek

I'm considering a Geisha meetup in Kanazawa. The price is 12,000¥ per person (~1 hour, no food).

Of course such things greatly depend on each person and what they're after, but I wanted to know the locals' view and opinion on such an experience. Do you think its price is justified?

I was trying to book a Thunderbird/Shinkansen on WestJR's website, all went well except the last payment part. For some reason, the card I've used for countless JP reservations is being denied with a message:

> The specified credit card could not be used. [20100824]

Did anyone else face such an issue? If so, how did you go about fixing it?

If all else fails, is it feasible to buy a Thunderbird/Shinkansen ticket from Osaka to Kanazawa on the day from the station? Or is that way too risky?
