USJ One Piece

Hi! It’ll be my first time trying the lottery system for the Sanji Restaurant at USJ and I’m not really sure what to expect 😅

Has anyone here done it before? How does the process usually go, and do you have any tips or things I should know beforehand?

Would really appreciate any advice or experiences. Thank you!

Note: Lottery starts May 25 2026 Event starts from July 30 2026

When to get to Universal Studios (with express pass)

Hi, this is my first post on Reddit cause I'm going with my friends to Universal tomorrow and there's a ton of info about when to get there. Let's just say I'm desperate to get a straight answer.

We have the Express Pass 4, with timed entry to Nintendo World at 11:50. I've heard that there can be a line to get in, is it the same line for non- and Express Pass holders? How much earlier should we get there? Does that also affect when to enter the park? I was thinking about getting there around 8 to try to enjoy the early entry but I'm not sure which rides are good to get out of the way during that time before the lines get crazy long.

Another question, with the Express Pass, if you leave Nintendo World, can you enter later in the day or is it just a one time thing? I'm confused about what I've read online about that

Thank you so much in advance. The posts here have been super helpful on our two week trip!

USJ without Express Pass

Is it doable/enjoyable? Mainly interested in Nintendo World. For reference it'll be in a couple of weeks, midweek

Planned ride maintenance/Jurassic Park: The Ride

My boyfriend and I are traveling from the West Coast to Japan this July, and we're going to USJ on July 7 (our last day in Osaka). We were really looking forward to riding Jurassic Park: The Ride since it's based on my boyfriend's all-time favorite movie, and our closest theme park in LA has been rethemed to the later sequels, which he doesn't like as much.

When looking to buy tickets, I saw that Jurassic Park would be closed for planned maintenance - until July freaking 7th. 🤦‍♀️

I've already researched adjusting our trip, and sadly, it would be such a logistical and financial nightmare that it's just not worth it to explore as an option.

I'm wondering if there is any chance at all that the planned maintenance would end ON July 7 so we could have a chance of riding. I'm also a bit confused as to why a water ride would go under maintenance in the summer. Thank you all!
