Actually won on Roulette

I’ve played with the roulette when I’m bored, yesterday I placed a $5 bet of $2 red, $2 even and $1 first 12. The lucky number was 12 and it paid out $2196. I think it’s a fluke and I’ll likely never play it again, but goddamn that was a nice surprise

Can a loan company deny to accept a balance transfer?

My wife has a loan through a shady loan company that she’s had for several years. My bank will let me do a balance transfer to pay the loan off, my question is can her loan company say no? I mean they don’t want her to pay it off all in one shot because their APR is 35% and my bank will have me paying 9.9% on it. But can they refuse to take a balance transfer as payment?
