New grad RN here that just started orientation on a PCU floor. Patient ratio is 3-4, usually 3. For nurses that feel confident in their flow—what’s your routine? Do you do assessments in the room during med pass? Do you pull all morning meds and work your way to each room, or do you do each patient med pass separately? Any tips would be appreciated!!
