What Options Do I Have?

What Options Do I Have?

I'm always hovering at 170-160 and can't get past this. Now that I'm suffering from back issues I don't think anything is working and I can't exercise anymore so I can't reach 135lbs. I got this test done before the back injury. Is slow metabolism an actual thing with PMOS? I tried CICO and it didn't do anything. Would Metformin or Glp1 help? My A1c normal but insulin resistance is making me tired. I did keto 800 calories a day went from 225-165 in a year.

Very sad about everything

I finally got my diagnosis from the doctor and I have to see a spinal neuro specialist for further evaluation for surgery or nerve injections. I have Acute right lumbar radiculopathy. My hip is hurting, my metatarsal area goes numb intermittently not often and I can't sit or stand for long periods of time. The physician has refused to provide further accommodation notes to my employer given that I explained my limitations. I am being switched from gabapentin to lyrica.

I begged this doctor for help yet I am not getting the help I need. I'm out of a job and requested that I need accommodation to work from home which the employer allows but he didn't put that on there. I'm not happy. My medical bills are piling up and all of these visits have cost me $2000 with health insurance I pay for. I can hardljy walk. I'm so tired.

Anyone have this same issue? Please tell me how to manage this and what kind of work I can do? I have been on the couch since April 30th jacked up on methocarbamol and gabapentin. I'm angry.

I am not understanding the difference between a dark romance and a dark erotic book? Is it really just down to how the book ends? Can someone recommend two books where one is a dark romance and the other is dark erotica? I am just now getting into reading since I hurt myself bad and I am laid up on the couch. I see now difference. Please do not punish me I am just trying to understand.

I went back to my routine of walking 7-8 miles daily on the trail. A few days in I'm thinking it's just soreness from the walking. My hip has been bothering me for quite a while like it was not like this before. All of a sudden the next day I couldn't stand up, lie down, sit, or use the restroom. I had to go to the ER and they xray me but couldn't find nothing so I got diagnosed with sciatic nerve pain.

Will walking damage me further in the long run. I need to exercise I'm on a beta blocker trying to lose weight and walking helps but I can't even do the most simplistic thing. I missed work too because they gave me gabapentin and muscle relaxers so I'm out of my mind and physically in pain.

What exercises can I do that won't hurt me? I'm scared I never had this type of back pain radiating from lower back to hip to my quad above my knee.
