For context I am not a frequent flyer
3 flights in 3 Years
1st 2023 MUC - DPS with Qatar Airways
that was my first flight it was good
2nd 2025 MUC - SFO with United
really good service and overall a great experience.
3rd 2026 MUC - DPS with Etihad
WTF
I feel pushed around like Cargo. Flight Time Changes all the time and the on board service is ridiculous. Why do they even have flight attendants? 1 meal per flight and 1 water round that was it. (6 hours and 9 hours) After calling them to reschedule the flight because now the Layover piled up to 9 hours the only thing they offered was a reschedule for 470€ (I paid 850€ for 2 Tickets)
I thought Etihad was once considered one of the best airlines. But I think United is better than Etihad (hate me for that)
