Hi guys!

I have a problem with the logo Transfer Software from Panasonic with the PT-RZ570. Ive been reading through the manuals of both the software and projector and have adjusted settings thus. This is the second projector I am trying to get it working, the first is the same model.

1. I dont have a cross lan cable, so Ive connected two straight lan cables via switch. The error code I get is: error 10, authentication error. Its not that the accountname and password are incorrect, thats another error code. I have also tried lots of combinations of them and it always give the same error as not filling them in.

2. Tried the serial RS 232 cable with usb, i get error 1, they dont see each other at all.

Does somebody have some tips or solutions? Let me know if there is more information required and I shall edit this post.

Helaas moet ik soms met de bus en bijna de helft van de keer gaat het fout met in en uitchecken. Soms staat het systeem uit bij het uitchecken waardoor de poortjes het niet doen. Andere keren heb ik prima ingecheckt en bij het uitchecken zegt het poortje eerst dat ik heb ingecheckt bij het vertrekken, waardoor ik weer gelijk moet uitchecken.

De prijs van 4 euro gaat er dan (soms extra) van de ritprijs van af. Bij uitcheck gemist kan je maar 3x per kalenderjaar geld terugvragen blijkbaar.

Heeft iemand toevallig een idee hoe ik dit anders zou kunnen terugvragen?

( Buschauffeur wist het ook verder niet en transdev site zelf verwijst alleen naar uitcheck gemist met natuurlijk de verwoording dat ík ben vergeten uit te checken :') )
