Finally got a dining table and chairs for my new condo. I’ve been standing at the counter to eat for the past two months. Cacio e pepe to celebrate

Had Monday off work so I decided to go foraging in a nearby state forest. Made it out with 1 lb 6 oz of blackberries. Western New York.

Went spring turkey hunting and found this egg in a pool of water on a cross country ski trail. I tried moving it out of the water with a stick and it cracked and broke 💀😭. My thought is a stressed turkey hen dumped her egg here, but it was kinda small, like chicken egg sized. And really dirty. Any guesses?
