I have also included my downloads settings to show that limit download speeds is turned off.

I have closed steam completely and reopened and this is still happening.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled steam and it is still happening.

Strangely, this seems to be a LAN issue in the sense that other computers on the Network are unable to download steam games at high speeds.

sometimes, if i click pause and resume over and over again it suddenly downloads at 1Gbps anyone know whats going on?

edit: after restarting my PC it downloaded my game at full speed. This may or may not be a constant solution
