341’s as an A100

How big are the consequences of getting multiple 341s pulled as a A100. I keep getting pulled 341s because as my flight doesn’t standardise emails and as a stando officer I get penalised also I got one pulled because I accidentally lost my bearings.

Fat boy summer come back

19:30 -> 18:30 ->18:05. Slowly but surely, 21 days until PT. My goal is at least 16 min.

High oil temp

Had my first real “scare” yesterday. For context, the OAT was around 89, and I had three passengers with me. I took my friends up to show them around, and once we reached our cruise altitude, I set the power to cruise configuration. The oil temperature kept creeping up 210, 215, 220, then 231. Once it entered the yellow arc, I decided to call the flight off. Our airport sits under a Bravo shelf, so about seven miles from the field we were only around 2,300 feet AGL. I didn’t want to take that chance being that low with the oil temperature that high, so I called Approach and asked if we could fly through the Bravo. Once I knew we had the field made, I descended.
I don’t know if I overreacted, but it definitely humbled me.
Shout out Potomac approach
