Has anyone tried ezra for GLP1? it looks pretty affordable but i’m hoping it’s not too good to be true

I’ve been using allara health, my drs have been great. she decided to prescribe me a GLP-1, and explained that it was going to be a process with insurance and prior authorization and all that jazz. This was about 2 weeks ago. I called my insurance company to see how it was going, and they informed me that allara has not answered any of the questions my insurance company sent. So i called allara, and i won’t lie the people were pretty unprofessional. It’s hard to describe, it was just their tone and demeanor. they said they would get me in touch with the prior authorization team, didn’t, said they’d take a message and never got back to me. i’m pretty frustrated at this point. i’m already nervous about going on GLP-1’s and the lack of transparency is making it worse. i would like to know sooner rather than later if i need to research and discuss other options with my dr. has anyone else experienced this from allara?
