Apex False Bans
Apex legends has false banned me for "Gameplay Enhancement" & I am not quite sure why. I am gold and simply just play with friends. My account was around level 58.
Every response I get from support is an automated response & points me in no direction of how to actually get this account unbanned.
Any alt I make gets banned within a few games so I started to think if something is running in the background.
The only 2 programs I have open when playing is "Discord" & "Spotify" everything else is closed.
I uninstalled "Glorious Core" & "G Hub" as this is the only thing I can see that might get flagged for macros or anything? To be clear I have not cheated or used any macros ever.
I use these launch options +fps_max 120 -forcenovsync -dev -high -novid -fullscreen -preload
To back up my evidence I made a new alt account and recorded EVERYTHING I possibly could. I recorded every game except the last one which I only have a 3 minute clip of me getting killed in. In this recording I showed all services, tasks, my DxDiag & Sysinfo.
I have no externals except my Focusrite, Mouse & Keyboard in my pc.
After 2 hours of gameplay this account got banned for "Gameplay Emulation"
Even after submitting all this evidence I still get an automated response from the EA Support team & I don't know where to go from here.
There is clearly a problem with false bans I have the proof that these are false bans but I just cant seem to do anything about it. I cant make a new account because that gets banned & I cant get my main unbanned because I have used all 10 reappeals requests.
I have tried to be constructive within these appeals but I seem to never get a real reply.
Idk if anyone in this sub could even help but I just hope giving this problem more attention makes it so they can actually look through these appeals properly.
