Last semester I signed a lease with my 3 roommates for a 4 bed/2 bath apartment at Southern Downs. Unfortunately I had to cancel my part of the lease since I can no longer attend GSU next semester (Fall 2026). All 3 of my roommates are still on the lease so they just need one girl to fill my spot. Rent is about $650 (I’m not sure of the exact amount because it’s not on the website and it’s not in any of the emails) and the lease is from August 2026 to July 2027.
