Basically, since there can always be more appreciation for my dear Jack (and also because I always found the way he talks to Yuu rather adorable) I wanted to make a whole AU fic where he and Epel take a more center stage, from the prologue to Book 8. A bit ambitious, but for Jack is worth it

But what is a beast without his beauty, so meet Sirius Belladonna, the nervious wrech of a Belle, co-protagonist of my little tale, greek mythology and music afficionato, Jack's persona "small annoying thing I must protect" and Leona and Ruggie's soon to be headache.

So far I have 4 chapters, which cover how Sirius got into ignihyde, the welcoming parties of NRC, some interactions with both new freshmen OCs based on greek myth and the first years we all know and love and also the end of the prologue. I would really appreciate the feedback😅

Well, more than a proper OC this is more of a what-if for a certain rider, but he fitted very well with Ignihyde (courtesy of FGO's ancient greece being essencially Ignihyde and the country of heroes on a large scale) and also because he is just the perfect foil for Jack, so here we have him. Although he draws elements of 3 other Achilles-es for the most Achilles experience possible :D

Honestly 3H does a very poor job at presenting Miklan as a tragic villain, between his downright monstrous treatment of Sylvain, Yuri's dialogues that revealed he specifically attacked villages at winter to let them starve and kidnapped women, with all the grim implications that involves, the way Dimitri pities him and how Edelgard tries to downright excuse and justify his acts as consequences of the crest system and hijacks Sylvain's abuse to enter yet another "muh society" speech felt not only unearned, but disgusting. 3 Hopes didnt fully aided, as while it letted Miklan grow, it also revealed he recieved a top tier education from Mathias, that to his father he is a living memento of his late first wife and that he was disowned AFTER he threw Sylvain down the well didnt helped to endeared him to me

FEH honestly, in just a few lines, made me felt way more for Miklan than all of 3H, as he downright contains himself with Kiran, adknowledging he is not the type of person that would mock him, reconizes that what he did is monstrous, and his dialogue feels not as a justification, but a refraiming of his acts, speaking of how he knows he was passed down the line of sucession not out of an arbitrary status, but because House Gautier needs the lance of ruin to defend from Sregn, but that he wanted so badly to prove himself he went down the deep end, and that now he is too far gone to take the knee. Its more apparent he trully cares about his home and just wanted tl be reconized for his effort

Feh I know has its writting issues, but it helped me see Miklan with a whole new light.....you still need to apologize to Sylvain, tho

After some time in Twisted wonderland, I realized "Big, muscular, Stoic big-brother esque half-animal men with a sense of righteousness and principles as big as their pectorals that also have a soft side that they try to hide at all cost even if its obvious" is essencially my type. But this post aint about Jack Howl, but rather his gym bro from another world: Eik

Outside of the obvious, I honestly find Eik someone to admire. Strong, reliable, jacked as all hell yet also caring to his sisters and even was ready to shoulder the awful truth about their samsara-esque deal and Laerath's actions on his own to spare them the grief, which I find cute. Also back on gen 6 I was a filthy Xerneas enjoyer, and now I got Xerneas but in hot bara form (or maybe Xerneas is Eik's twink form. Who knows). As for the build:

- Ocean Fit Antler is neat and allows Eik to play either as a buffer (courtesy of amping any field buffs he and his teammates get, on top of giving Lull and Guarranted Follow Up) as an tank (since the weapon gives him flat DR that I can stack further) and as a rather vicious attacker (since it does gives him both true damage, +3 preempt pulse, a lot of attack). What not to love?

- Reposition be repo. Thats all

- As Beast dont have access to archrival nor Comet, so Flame Wall it is. It bones in better with the engage ring's cooldown-based true damage, is far more accesible and, on top of special DR that can be ampted by say fell spirit, it gives that juicy damage based on 70% of Eik's defense. And as you can see, he is build like a brick wall. Eirika was a no-brainer, because turns out letting Eik swing at you 4 times decimates the mayority of things. He ocasionally runs the corrin ring if I feel to make him Ratatosk, or the byleth ring if I am going full support with him.

- A/D Rival Break is something of a no-brainer, as much like his weapon, it gives stats based on active bonuses, which he can stack a lot off, as well as granting him both true damage and flat defense, both for tanking and for safer iniciation

- Divine Brawl is rather good even one year after. Self penalty cleanse, DR shreeding, -19 atk and def if you arent dont bench-press more than he does, canto, healing and unconditional transformation. Maybe more DR would had been appreciated, but it is still a very good pref that complements his playstyle well

- A/D outcry Sieze basically lets him play Nidhoggr with the new drain cancel status, as well as granting him even MORE atk and def and more true damage.

I had been wanting to do this for a long time, so I decided to go all out and make a fanfic as well, telling everything from the Entrance Ceremony to the end of book 7, and all the fun shenanigans along the way. I am open to criticisms, it has been a while ever since I had written
