Mild overbite with some dental wear and tear
Mouth breathing
Grade3 tonsils
Nose very mild septal deviation with turbinates hypertrophy
DISE showed AP SOFT PALATE collapse
Ent suggested tonsillectomy barbed pharyngoplasty and septal correction with turbinectomy
OMFS suggested bijaw surgery
