i was caught for a breach of academic integrity on an assignment, and the professor gave me the option to settle with them. I agreed to settle, and the only penalty the professor gave me was a 0 on the assignment as well as having to do an academic integrity workshop. they said that the case would remain internally in the record of the office of student conduct (which i assumed was in case i have future infractions). for anyone else that has had this happen, do grad schools and medical schools ever ask for access to this record? or do i have to denote this infraction on applications? thanks
