My husband (30M) and I (31F) will be attending a semi-formal wedding this summer with our son, who will be 8 months old by then.

I found a super cute outfit for our son: blue pants, a bowtie, and a white dress shirt; and it got me thinking that it would be lovely if we all coordinated a little. I’ll be wearing a blue dress, and my husband has an elegant blue shirt that would match really well with a pair of Italian-style pants that are mostly white with very thin blue lines. From a distance, though, they look almost completely white.

At first I didn’t think twice about it, but now I’m wondering if it could come across as disrespectful for a wedding. Should I look for different pants for my husband?
