So, I work in a fast paced UC. I had relatively normal visit w a male pt, except towards the end, pt started over sharing about home life/trauma. I empathized, but quickly discharged and didn't really continue the convo. I didn't think twice about it tbh-if you work in UC, you know...you encounter all kinds of people. Anyway, next day, he has friend requested me on FB. I already have privacy on to where only friend of a friend can request me, and we have one mutual friend. I feel really WEIRD about this. Am I over reacting? Should I tell my boss?

I‘m 33 and finally making “real” money. My new employer has a Safe Harbor plan with 3% match for 401ks. My husband and I file jointly, and are just into 24% tax bracket . My spouse has a traditional 401k with his job.

Should I open a 401K and benefit from lowering my tax bracket to 22%? I’m also thinking if I put it in a traditional 401K, and in retirement where my income will be much lower-and thus falling probably closer to the 10 or 12% tax bracket, is this the better option?

I want to contribute max limit for 401k. Should I open a post-tax Roth and contribute towards that as well? This way I benefit from both?

Moms that aren't scrolling while breastfeeding...what are you doing? Currently breastfeeding two LOs so spending A LOT of time sitting in a rocking chair. I am so tired of doom scrolling on my phone. So curious to see what others are doing during feeds.
