On my flight from Barcelona last night, Wizz Air staff charged my bag 73 euros. Wheels of my bag didn't fit in the free carry-on sizer because of the wheels that do not exceed 5 cm to the size of the bag which tottaly complies with their policy that states "Size allowance does not include bag handles/wheels; however, wheels must add no more than 5 cm to the size of the bag". I insisted on this rule, but Wizz Air staff didn't seem to care and told me that in order to board I need to pay for my bag. I took a few pictures of my bag in the sizer at the gate as a proof that my bag withouth the wgeels indeed fits in the sizer. What can I do to get refund and do you think that eventually I will get this refund?
