We survived and it's TGIF but for those who are in a toxic work environment how are you coping? What are some of your coping mechanisms? I know the easiest solution is to quit but what if you cannot quit how are you surviving?? For those who had left, how long did you stay in that toxic job/company before you decide to finally leave for your mental health?
I was considering taking a career break for at max 1 year but what if after that I still cannot find a job? It's always about money and survivorship and not actually living. I am so sick of working and every email that finds me is just piling to my sian-ness anyone feel me?
How many of you are low key sad that you should be getting that promotion or are you okay with just holding down your job with or without any promotion. Are you ok even in your 40/50s not ever being a senior in your field?
Is there a length of stay one should clocked in the company before they rage quit throw letter? It's wild that this person rage quit even with commitments. Lately i'm experiencing frustrations at work not so much work related more about the human side. Politics, gossips which is pushing me to the edge of doing the same thing(rage quit).
Thinking how long i should endure and can endure. Hoping to hear some advice before making any rash decisions which maybe/maybe not regret?
Those who are fortunate enough to have a hdb and a job, how are managing your finances? Do you spend 50% of your salary since there is no dependents so just heck it and treatyourself? Does life get boring after awhile?
