If you used HGH with adeno and endo before retrievals did that help you get blasts? Two failed retrievals before figuring out have endo/adeno and trying to figure out if should push for HGH. My RE isn’t super endo/adeno informed and hadn’t wanted to give to me before at 33.

Have been TTC for two years. I am 33 now. After initial year was referred to RE. Had two failed IUIs. Proceeded into two IVF cycles where had no blasts or were so low quality didn’t freeze with ICSI/ zymot. Fast forward to me pushing for extra testing and discovered my husband has grade 2 varicoceles and I have endo/adeno. I’m getting the endo excised but anyone in similar situations go into have success with IVF or naturally? My husband is awaiting DNA frag results but if high will get the surgery to repair.
Exploratory Lap and Varioceles
I’ve had wonky cycles the past couple years while trying to conceive. I had difficulty getting a positive LH strip and had a short luteal phase even at my low “peak”. I started taking vitex via my acupuncturist and it stopped my cycle for a few months. I’ve finally been having regular cycles with true LH peaks that align with temps and CM but still having the short luteal phase. I have a couple other indications of endo so am doing an exploratory lap. I’m nervous this might undo my progress. I have already done two rounds of IVF where we failed to make blasts or too low grade to freeze.
We also found out my husband has grade 2 varicoceles but his SA seem normal in spite of that. Am curious if anyone else was in a similar boat and what the path to success was? Did the lap find answers and help? Did anything help your husband? Surgery? Happy in a way to have info outside of just unexplained but still don’t feel like have been given ideas what to do
