AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Feels like a fake organization. They are running an insurance scam if you ask me. Of course they throw in the aww shucks guy when you get there to not totally rip em, but no customer service numbers, no shuttle to it (they charged their location to a desk in the Renaissance).

Just a complete joke of a company. Don’t make the same mistake I did when renting a car.
