I've had brand approval for Crocs since 2022 and everything was fine until last week. Now I can still list the ASINs I've sold before, but if I try to add any Crocs ASIN I've never listed, it comes up restricted with no apply to sell option at all, even listings where I have another variation listed.

I opened a case and they confirmed my approval is still active but wouldn't explain why certain ASINs are blocked. They just said it was handled by an automated system and they couldn't see the details.

Is anyone else running into this? Specifically wondering if you can still get on Crocs ASINs you've never sold before, or if you're in the same boat.
