Car Taken By City
A buddy of mine had his Buick parked in the front lawn of his house. He was away for several weeks. Upon return the car was found missing and the fence surrounding his front yard destroyed. Apparently, the city impounded the vehicle. Is it legal for them to literally break down your fence and take your legally registered vehicle from your own private property?
