Is this a good property option to buy for 3CR for a 3000sqf - 3105sqft? or 2.5cr for 2400sqft. I like the views of these apt specially the 3000sqft as open from three sides, 2 balconies in the hall, good ventilation, low density for a high rise and a good layout. I know people say 63% carpet is less, but nowadays even my home is giving that much and with a balcony this is providing 72% which is good enough. The only downside I see is no private lobby entrance and 8 flats in a floor.

I would like to know what are the general views of people regarding this project and how would you compare this to any other project especially comparing open uninterrupted views from all sides with big windows and no building in front.
