** Bruising under my eye from PN several days ago **

Has anyone has a subtle rash like this? It’s giving my skin a weird texture. I started noticing it yesterday and it appears a little more noticeable today. What do you think caused it and was there anything you used to help it go away? It reminds me of heat rashes I get but this one looks a lot more subtle and doesn’t itch. I’m currently using a cica soothing face mask. No idea if it will help yet.

I did run out of my cera ve face wash so I’ve been using micellar water to remove my spf and under eyes concealer the past 2 days. Normally I use micellar water and go back in with cera ve. I did dermaplane about 6-7 days ago. Occasionally I get small bumps doing that but it’s never caused texture like this for me. Any thoughts or tips to help?

Has anyone had success raising their ferritin dramatically over a relatively short amount of time with

-Superior Source iron 25mg sublingual ferrous fumarate (available on Amazon)

- Ironsolv 30mcg Iron pyrophosphate w/ 400mcg of folic acid (available on Amazon)

- Cavae Melt 19mg ferric saccharate + folate 400mcg (must be purchased directly from Cavae, the ones one Amazon aren’t legit, even the packaging looks different)

I’ve been taking Iron bisglycinate 25mg every other day along with lactoferrin 300mg + Liposomal vitamin C. Been doing this for about 2 months.
I avoid drinking milk 2 hours before or after taking my iron. I avoid coffee and tea. I sometimes even add b-12 into the mix.
I find the iron bisglycinate is slightly constipating so I typically have to take it on an empty stomach right before bed which I don’t enjoy doing. I do skip some of my doses because of this.

I have a history of low Ferritin. I’ve never been able to get it higher than 19ng/ml even with prescription iron about 20years ago. I finally gave up and stopped trying. I’m back at it trying to raise it. Currently I’m at 17ng/ml. I would like to see my number 70ng/ml or higher (lofty goal, I know).

My biggest reason for wanting to increase my Ferritin is because I’m sick of being tired all the time. I also want to workout but I don’t have the energy.

I’ve read that its impossible for iron to be absorbed sublingually or through the oral mucosa however I’ve also read testimonials of people who’ve struggled for years finally bringing up their Ferritin levels after trying one of these.

I would love feedback and to hear your experiences.

This cage is made of galvanized steel. I’m most concerned about bobcats and raccoons. How can I reinforce the floor area? I really don’t want to put wire down on the floor but if thats my only option…. How can I make this cage safer? I know chicken wire won’t cut it. Will I still be able to do the deep litter method If I have wire on the floor? Sorry if thats a silly question. I’m still learning.
