Weekday and weekend block for kids

Right now I have a block rule for 1030pm to 7am...everyday.

But on the weekend I want to go from 1130pm to 7am for Friday and Saturday.

Any ideas?

AI in payroll...what are you using?

And what do you think will happen in the next 6 months?

Do any of the service bureaus offer anything that is helping you as a client? Adp, ukg, iSolved or paychex?

The Lynx Class-T Power In (M10)

Currently I have 2 200a battery connected to this 1000a 60v busbar...and I need one more battery for the kwh.

Physically I can add another set of battery cables...but do I?

Or do I need another busbar?

Have 2 sets of cables connected to my parallel 12kw inverters from the busbar.

Gift cards gift cards and more

An insurance agency has w2 staff. A staff member does their job and a carrier sends a 25.00 gift card for binding a policy.

The gift card is redeemed by the staff member. Then it occurs again...etc

Same scenario, however the officer of the company redeems it. Occurring again...etc

Are any of these gift cards to appear on a w2?

Would it be better for the company to always redeem and then payout via earnings?

Ignore and enjoy?

Workers Comp audits

Per another thread recently, I am reminded as a business operator that there are some differences in solutions we receive.

Insurance agents are 95% of the time doing renewals. Easy easy. General liability renewed. Workers compensation renewed. Unless you're in a business where claims are not allowing this is the easiest part of the insurance world. Renewals.

Some differences that we businesses should be pushing is for audit assistance or earn your commissions Mr/Ms/Mrs insurance agent and do the audit for my policy.

If they refuse, look for another agent that will. For complicated policies which usually bear more commissions for the agency, it's still a service that they should be involved in to earn their keep.

▲ 2 r/MachE

Looking at a Mach E and the carfax shows a mileage discrepancy. The seller states when a checkup was done, the shop put 42000 instead of 4200.00

  1. Wouldn't Ford APP and logs from Ford be able to clear this up?

  2. Would Ford still honor the powertrain and battery warranties since they hold the logs?

Any experts or experiences that you can share?
