Almost at the 2 month mark and still sore. Some days are worse than others. Someone please give me hope! The potential for permanent pain always bugged me out

Does anyone have any brand recommendations for replacement fog light bulbs? Want to replace to led 6k but don't want them to be too bright that they blind people
