Hi all! Just wanted to make the post I was looking for when going through an awful spell of TE a year ago exactly. It gets better! I ended up shedding for 3 months, it stopped with some life changes, and now a year later I NEVER think of it anymore. My hair is a million times better than before it even happened.

It’s like it never happened. All I wanted when I was GOING THROUGH IT was that it’s not a forever thing. (I know there are exceptions). That’s all. 💕
