Priority Fiancé Visa Timeline (Brazil ) – Bio 15 July

Visa type: Fiancé Visa
Nationality: Brazilian
Country of application: Brazil
Date of application: 14 July 2026
Date of biometrics: 15 July 2026
Service: Priority
WD: 25 radio silence

I’m currently on day 25 of the working days for my priority fiancé visa application and still waiting. I previously had a Marriage Visitor Visa refused on financial grounds, and this time we applied under the adequate maintenance route. Everything seems to be okay with the current application.
I also have a valid ETA, so I’m wondering about going to the UK now and waiting there for the visa to be granted, then leaving the UK and re-entering once the visa is approved. How risky do you think it would be to do this, particularly in terms of being refused entry at the border?
The wait has been excruciating. My fiancé is also dealing with some health issues, and I really want to be there with him.

Still Nothing, I feel that this week there was not a large volume of application approvals with priority and waiting and seeing other people who did the biometrics later and be approved before, it’s driving me crazy, but, super excited about who has already had their approval and came here to share

Honeymoon with fiancé visa

I’ve applied for a fiancé visa and it hasn’t been approved yet, but I have a question.
Once you’re on a fiancé visa, can you travel to another country outside the UK for your honeymoon before applying to switch to a spouse visa?

Fiancé(e) visa via adequate maintenance route. biometrics done, does this document list look complete?

Hi all, just finished my biometrics appointment today (with priority service) for a UK Fiancé(e) visa application. Sponsor is on PIP/UC, so we went through the adequate maintenance route. Before the decision comes back, would appreciate a sanity check on the documents I submitted, did I cover everything needed?

Background: I previously had a UK visit visa (marriage visitor visa) refused (not fiancé) back in May 2026, due to fragmented third-party funds and insufficient evidence of my sponsor’s financial circumstances at the time. This new application is on a completely different basis, solely my sponsor’s own PIP/UC income, fully documented.

Documents submitted:

Financial Evidence

-Adequate Maintenance Calculation (A−B≥C breakdown)
-12 months of Universal Credit statements
-12 months of sponsor’s bank statements
-DWP PIP award letter (original, 2023) + yearly update letter (2026)

-Tenancy agreement
-Correspondence with housing association re: adding me as occupant + right to rent

Relationship Evidence

-Messages, video calls, travel evidence, gifts (organised by category)
-Cover letter (mine) + sponsor support letter

Wedding/Life Events

-Provisional marriage ceremony booking confirmation
-Registry office correspondence

Other

-Applicant’s passport (all pages)
-Sponsor’s ID
-IELTS Life Skills A1 certificate
-Previous visa refusal letter (for transparency, with explanation in cover letter)
-Wedding dress purchase evidence

Does this look complete for the adequate maintenance route specifically? Anything people commonly get RFI’d for that I might be missing? Thanks in advance

Fiance visa

Hi guys, my fiancé has these two contacts from his apartment, and I would like to know if this is enough to prove accommodation for the fiance visa? We are applying according to adequate maintenance

TRF NUMBER IELTS

Hi guys, whoever can help me for the last time I would appreciate it! My UKVI number will take 15 days to arrive and I would like to apply before with the TRF number that is already available on the British council website, and send a print of the website about the passed? And if they ask for the original when they are evaluating the case in a few days I will send it after it has already arrived, what do you think? Can they cancel before they even order? Even with the print and the TRF number? I saw that there was someone here that they asked for the official certificate and the person sent it and everything was fine.

Adequate maintenence

I’m answering the form and I have doubts about this part, I’ve already answered the total amount of the UC he receives that already includes the value of the housing benefit, I need to answer this amount again in this housing help field or just in the field of how much he earns in the universal credit, if someone can help me I would be grateful

Adequate maintenance

Hi, I'm applying under adequate maintenance and I wonder if someone can check my calcs please if allowed?

Documents we’re including:

•	Adequate Maintenance Calculation document (the A−B≥C breakdown above, in the Home Office’s own template format)

•	12 months of Universal Credit statements (June 2025–May 2026)

•	12 months of sponsor’s bank statements showing PIP + UC payments

•	DWP PIP award/confirmation letter

•	Tenancy agreement + correspondence with the housing association confirming rent is paid in full via UC

•	Cover letter explaining the whole case, including a previous visit visa refusal (different basis — fragmented third-party funds back then vs. sponsor’s own documented income now)

•	Sponsor support letter

•	Relationship evidence (messages, calls, travel, photos, gifts)

•	Wedding venue provisional booking + registry office correspondence, and receipts from my wedding dress and pics

•	IELTS Life Skills A1 pass certificate

•	Passport, sponsor’s ID

Things we’re still unsure about / chasing:

•	Trying to get the exact PIP award start date from DWP (yearly update letter doesn’t show it)

• Whether the previous visit visa refusal needs more than just an explanation in the cover letter

Does this look complete for the financial side specifically? Any gaps in the document list, or anything caseworkers commonly flag on the adequate maintenance route that we should double check? Thanks in advance!
