So, when a new song plays, I smiles mishear the lyrics and it really makes me laugh.

Example: I kept hearing the repeat “rogaine, rogaine, rogaine”, but the song was actually “Girl Gang”

Example 2: “Jiggle the Elves” turned out to be “Cheer for the Elves”

Any other one else have this happen?

These people (Leads) have the nerve to tell a team member that when they are called to tech, they cannot say “I’ll be there in a minute.” Even if they are literally on the other side of the store helping a guest. Instead, they have to say “I’ll be right there.” What is the deal??!! Yet, ETLs and TLs can say whatever the hell they want and be all rude to team members over the walkie.
