I have been with collins total of 2 years (1 year as an intern and 1 year as a full time P1) my performance is great and always get feedback from managers and peers. I have been asking for P2 because I am already doing the work for it even more. There is also a p2 opening in a different team that I could apply for it but I really like my team and learning opportunity. What do you recommend doing wait a little but or just apply for p2?
