I am pretty sure I have had a tulpa for a long time. I just never knew what it was. The tulpa is a different gender. Has different thoughts. And has talked me out of doing things actively that would damage or hurt me in some way. But I never knew it was something that had a name or other people had. I guess my question is how many of you discovered that tulpas were a thing. Or discovered your tulpas without even realizing they were one. How many of you developed one without even being conscious of you doing so?
