I had elbow ORIF on 11/2. I broke the Olecranon, Ulna and Radius with the plate and screws in the first 2.
Started PT once a week in Feb and still go.
How long are people going to PT for similar breaks?
I am not really in pain. I know it’s there but it’s ok. I still have a ways to go to get it straight. It’s livable but the PT thinks it’s the muscle holding it back and not the plate. He stretches it for 30 mins each week which helps.
Just wondering what others are doing.
