Advice on stalls/pumping
Hi all, I’m hoping for some critique or advice. I’ve only recently in the last month or so got my drop-in, and now I’m actively working on stalls, and trying to level up my pumping.
Unfortunately I don’t have any rollerskate friends at a higher level than myself, so I’m coming here for some fresh eyes. Is there anything that I’m obviously doing wrong, or at least could be doing better?
I’m like I’m having a hard time consistently stalling, and I feel like I have no shot on the backside. Honestly even getting one foot over the coping on the backside spooks me still.
I also think I look just generally wobbly/ unstable. Am I just being too critical? Are there obvious things I should be working on?
Any advice is appreciated please!
EDIT: Big thank you to everyone who gave me valuable skating advice! I’ve got plenty to work on now and I really appreciate it!!!
And to the helmet police, thank you for your service 🫡 your pleas have been noted
