What happens if a corps marches 166 members?

A bit of a goofy question, I know. But I was thinking about how the Blue Devils marched 149 members in 2015 to leave space for the C corps member to come in for finals, and it got me thinking. How easy would it be for a corps to just field 166 people and not tell anybody? Does DCI have a system to verify membership numbers and keep corps in compliance? What happens if a corps gets caught having marched more than the limit?

Timelapse of the earth?

The images captured by the team were absolutely stunning. However, I am of the opinion that the general public has been spoiled by Hubble and JWST such that it isn’t “mind blowing” when we see a picture of the moon eclipsing the earth, because it all gets funneled into the “cool science picture” buckets of our minds.

In an era where videos are the currency of public discourse, I find it wild that one of the products of this mission wasn’t a timelapse of the earth shrinking into the distance, getting eclipsed, then growing again. I understand that this would have required a dedicated camera(s) to be pointed at earth the entire time and that every ounce is precious budget dollars, but for a program and agency whose continued existence and excellence is dependent on public support, I believe it would have been worth it.

Hank Green’s recent video where a mini timelapse is constructed from a few of the photos that were taken is already stunning, but the brevity of it leaves so much to be desired.

So I’m curious, do you think this should be a priority for future missions? Do you think such a video would have a greater impact on public discourse than the photos? What hurdles would NASA have to overcome to make this timelapse a reality?

I have a debilitating fear of Emus and Blue Tongued Skinks, does anyone know if they are included in the video from a few days ago? I am also deathly afraid of African Bull Frogs, Tortoises, Red Angus Beef Cows, and Women Named Angela. Thanks in advance!
