NFA question regarding transfers

So, hypothetically, let’s say a customer buys a suppressor from another dealer and has it sent to me as a transfer. The other store sends to me on a form 3. I reach out to the customer to set up a time to do the Form 4 etc, and no answer. Send email to email address on invoice, email kicked back. I checked for possible spelling errors in email “eg, bobsmith@gmial instead of @gmail”. Nothing there. Phone number out of service. Address on invoice looks to be a vacant property. What would I do with my new, free suppressor? Haha. 🤣

A& D question

Had another dealer Form 3 transfer me a Gemtech suppressor for a mutual customer. When I’m putting it in my books, the form they sent me has Smith&wesson as the manufacturer, not Gemtech. I know S&W owns GT so that’s probably correct but I was always told to input it in the book EXACTLY how it’s on the firearm (example: 9x19 vs 9MM).

What is the right way?

If I am building my first “accurized” AR setup, what are some must have options?

Should I do an ARCA rail, a fixed bipod, detachable bag, etc. what are your thoughts?

Suppressor wraps

Anybody have good luck with any specific brand suppressor wraps. I’ve tried the Amazon ones, silencerco, etc. I have a Burn Proof Gear that I haven’t installed yet because I’ve heard mixed reviews and I’m looking into the magpul polymer ones look okay-ish but not sure how well that material will hold up.

Dumb question, but Im dumb, sooo....

Have my 07, applied for 02SOT. Got an email from ATF yesterday that says "PROCESSED" with a receipt that looks just like my FFL cert. Am I good to conduct Class 3 business?

I currently have a dead air wolfman that I’m planning to put on a 9mm PCC. What are your guys’ thoughts on direct thread vs doing an HK style 3 lug setup.

I like the idea of the 3 lug for quick and easily switching between suppressed and non, but also realize that by adding more components I’m adding additional (potential) failure points.

Looking for feedback.
