Hi anyone that has a boomerang that turns learning assignments into learning enrollments via the engagement functionality? Does it work well; and have you found it being a better solution than not having the boomerang on (as we know the engagement functionality does NOT enroll learner but assigns). I’m kinda worried about using engagements for onboarding and compliance trainings as it does not enroll learners.

Please share your perspective if you any thoughts/experience with this.

Hi could someone let me know regarding engagement builder for learning assignments if you can do the below scenario. Basically the goal is to have 1 engagement for all onboarding trainings, however, we have different populations for these trainings. Would the audience builder report or whatever it’s called help solve this?

Ask : have 1 new hire engagement vs 30 separate ones for different onboarding training with different audiences
Goal : minimize engagements but still have different populations get ONLY their assigned training
Example :
Include North America in Al training exclude china in Al training for onboarding
Include cost center xyz, include region North America exclude region Asia in technology training

I’m trying to better understand how cost center level access works in Peakon when employee attributes are fed from Workday and the intersection with access control groups.

Our use case is that a leader may be responsible for an entire department or sup org but may not directly or indirectly manage every employee within that.

A few questions:
If cost center or sup org is synced from Workday, will Peakon automatically allow the cost center leader to view that department in the context switcher, or must the leader be assigned as a segment

If not, what is the most sustainable way to maintain these assignments without significant manual effort?

I’d appreciate hearing how other organizations have configured this
