New saw rec's

I have been borrowing a friend's saw for odd jobs around my house. He has a basic Husky 120 and I'm getting over the borrowing phase now that I am using it semi regularly.

I do maintenance on my trees once a year to keep things under control. I have had to deal with the odd fallen tree and also need to fell a few trees at my parents house.

Stihl and Husky have large presence in my country. Echo is very rare and as such maintenance parts aren't readily available.

I have been eying out 3 saws:

Stihl ms250 for the price

Husky 450 mark II seems more refined but ~30% more

Stihl 260 but 15% more than the Husky

I have read the the Husky is easier to start and more modern especially with Anti vibration etc. but the 260 being more professional has better build and more of a serious saw.

I can't ignore the price of the 250.

(We don't get the 251&261, we don't get the Husky 455)

What would you do?
