Thoughts on my skincare routine?

It feels like it is working but just wondering if anyone has suggestions where I should add or remove certain products or did combinations of certain products work best for others?

Sending pics of my skin to ChatGPT this is their conclusion:

Age: 34

Skin type: Normal/combination but currently dehydrated from tretinoin

Main skin concerns: Mild redness, dehydration, slight uneven tone/pigmentation, visible pores around nose/T-zone

Skin barrier: Overall healthy and tolerating tret well so far

Acne level: Minimal active acne/breakouts

Strengths: Good elasticity, naturally healthy skin, glowy potential, good response to hydration products

Tretinoin: Using 0.025% tretinoin since 13/04/26

Frequency: Used twice weekly until today (16/05/26), now increasing to 3x weekly

Azelaic acid: Own Skinoren 15% but have NOT started using it yet

Skin responds best to: Hydration, barrier repair, calming products, silky/nourishing textures

Best products for your skin so far: AESTURA Atobarrier line, Laneige Cream Skin, COSRX Snail Mucin, Torriden Dive-In HA Serum

Current skincare focus: Hydration + barrier support while slowly increasing tret tolerance

Overall: Skin is aging very well and is currently in a “refining and maintaining” phase rather than needing major correction.

I recently mapped out everything I own into one structured routine (attached) because I was getting a bit overwhelmed just randomly using products 😅

I’ve been on tretinoin 0.025% since mid-April (twice a week) and trying to focus more on hydration + barrier repair instead of overdoing actives. I haven’t start Azelaic Acid 15% yet.

The products in purple are new purchases (waiting for them to arrive), mainly:
- Aestura Atobarrier 365 Cream
- Aestura Hydro Essence
- Torriden HA Serum
- SKIN1004 SPF
- Sulwhasoo First Care Serum
Everything else is what I already own and have been using.

❓ Would love some honest opinions:
- Any holy grail products here you swear by?
- Anything that’s overhyped or not worth it?
- Any combinations that work really well together?
- Anything that doesn’t work well alongside tret in your experience?
- If you were me, what would you prioritise using vs skipping?

I’m trying to keep things simple and avoid overloading my skin while on tret, so would really appreciate real experiences 🙏🏼
