Internal Mobility to different country
I am in a project in CIb tech india for over 6 years . I know there is a vacancy for similar role in my org within UK .
Q1. Is there a way I can negotiate and move to UK for the same team ?
Q2.Also the business side UK have an opening at their end and they do consider me as a SME. Should I take a move to the other side from Tech ?
I current play a role of Tech PO for the application.
