First off, I just want to say: I fucking love this club with all my heart.
I attended my first games this year after following Arsenal since I was a boy. Over the years, I've planned trips, but something always got in the way or came up that prevented me from making it. This year, my lovely wife pushed me to give it another go.
Dreams do come true, and the best things come to those who wait. Inter Milan away and Kairat at the Emirates. Two wins and two days that will replay over and over in my mind til I die. I'm truly blessed that I got to share these memories with my wife, as well as the absolute golden fans and staff attached to this genius footballing institution. I will never forget the sight of the Emirates, the fans, the chats, the pints, and the singing.
The Emirates will always be a special place for us now. We have to continue supporting this special group and believe there is even more to come. After Gabi's final PK, I was upset, but almost instantly I felt a source of pride for what these boys accomplished. They pushed until the very end, and the players showed the courage to step up for their team and for all of us.
We have a group that is Arsenal through and through—boys who grew up at the club and players who will carry the cannon with them forever.
Thank you to Arsenal Canada for the tickets and hospitality this year. You've been top, and I will be forever grateful for these memories.
You are all my extended family, and I am thrilled with the way this season finished. We gave everything, and I'm so proud of the players and manager for leaving it all out there. WE ARE CHAMPIONS 🏆
