In the description of By God Alone's preview stream, it says the DLC is coming out on September 31st, which does not exist?

Spotted new "Military Order" government type in the stream
In the recent Silk and Silver stream I spotted in a blink and you'll miss it moment a new government type that I have not seen mentioned previously in the Dev Diaries: "Military Order". It will probably be coming with the By God Alone DLC but I wonder if it will be playable or AI only.
