General Premise

The world begins experiencing an escalating series of alarming phenomena:

Wars spread across the globe.

Human violence and wickedness steadily increase.

Famine and humanitarian crises worsen.

Unexplained anomalies begin to appear.

Some stars disappear from the night sky.

Natural disasters become increasingly frequent.

A global leader rises whose influence continues to expand.

Many observers begin noticing disturbing parallels with the prophecies of the biblical Book of Revelation.

However, one fundamental problem remains:

> No one knows whether these events truly mark the beginning of the Apocalypse.

Available Information

The protagonist has access to:

The Bible and other ancient theological writings.

Historical records of alleged prophetic events.

Religious testimonies, traditions, and partially preserved documents.

Yet every source presents severe reliability issues:

They have been translated countless times throughout history.

Many words may have changed meaning.

Different versions contradict one another.

There is no certainty regarding which passages preserve the original message.

As a result, every prophetic interpretation carries a high degree of uncertainty.

In this universe:

Demons exist.

Demonic attacks are a normal part of the world's nature.

Demon hunters actively combat them.

Therefore, the mere appearance of demons cannot be considered evidence that the Apocalypse has begun.

which events originate from God,

which are orchestrated by another agent,

and which are purely the result of humanity's own actions.

At the same time, countless religious documents have been altered over centuries.

The protagonist must reconstruct the closest possible version of the original Bible by separating:

authentic teachings,

later corruptions,

intentional manipulations,

and hidden theological traps.

If these events do not appear to be entirely God's work...

> Who else could be creating an imitation of the Apocalypse?

One possible answer emerges:

> Lucifer.

The True Conspiracy

The protagonist concludes that Lucifer has been manipulating world events.

His actions include:

fueling global wars,

amplifying hatred among humanity,

placing a demon—or another loyal agent—in the position of a global leader.

All of this serves one purpose:

> To create a perfectly convincing illusion that the biblical Apocalypse has already begun.

But Lucifer has also prepared elaborate traps for every type of investigator.

Those who attempt to stop the Apocalypse may unknowingly trigger the real one.

Those who refuse to act allow humanity's worsening condition to eventually bring about the genuine Apocalypse anyway.

Those who try to capture Lucifer mysteriously disappear, along with many innocent people, creating the illusion that the righteous have been taken to Heaven.

If Lucifer realizes someone has discovered his deception, he begins artificially accelerating events:

counterfeit Four Horsemen,

false heavenly trumpets announcing the end,

fabricated prophetic signs,

increasingly convincing imitations of Revelation itself.

Lucifer's Plan

Lucifer has no intention of directly initiating the Apocalypse.

His objective is far more sophisticated.

He wants someone intelligent enough to:

1. recognize the biblical parallels;

2. conclude that the Apocalypse has begun;

3. identify the world leader as the Antichrist;

4. violently intervene to stop the prophecy.

That desperate act would become:

> The final straw.

The combination of:

humanity's growing wickedness,

escalating violence,

and direct human interference with the prophecy,

would finally compel God to initiate the true Apocalypse.

The Solution

Eventually, the protagonist reaches several crucial conclusions:

1. Every piece of evidence is circumstantial.

2. No prophetic interpretation can ever be considered absolutely certain.

3. Violent intervention against supposed prophetic symbols is morally unacceptable.

4. Trying to "save the world" may ultimately destroy it.

Therefore, the protagonist chooses:

not to hunt the supposed Antichrist,

not to seize control of the world,

not to impose their interpretation upon humanity.

Instead, they decide to:

> Help people directly, relieve suffering, and become a genuine example of goodness without seeking power.

The Final Danger

If the protagonist acquires enough charisma, hope, or influence, another danger emerges.

They could unintentionally become:

> The true functional Antichrist.

Not because they are evil—

but because they have become humanity's moral, political, and symbolic center.

Realizing this, the protagonist makes one final decision:

> To reject any position of global leadership.

They abandon power entirely and dedicate their life to quietly helping the most vulnerable.

By refusing to become the center of the world, they break every contingency Lucifer had anticipated.

The Greatest Challenge

The investigation itself becomes part of the danger.

Investigating too deeply risks accelerating the Apocalypse, especially when genuine acts of God are mistaken for deception.

Ignoring the problem, however, allows the world's corruption to continue escalating until the true Apocalypse becomes inevitable.

The investigator must also realize one final truth:

Lucifer cannot directly destroy the world, because within the prophecy he is destined only to become the Beast of the Apocalypse.

Instead, he manipulates humanity into creating the exact conditions that lead God to begin the real Apocalypse.

Thus, Lucifer becomes the indirect architect of the end of the world.

Final Objective

The protagonist must determine:

1. Whether the Apocalypse is genuine or a fabricated imitation.

2. Whether prophecy is preventable, self-fulfilling, or inevitable.

3. Who is truly responsible for the world's unfolding events.

4. How to prevent humanity from accidentally triggering the real end of the world.

All without making a single irreversible mistake.

Situation: Lucifer is imprisoned. He can only send demons out, but cannot leave himself for more than one minute. The demons seek to free their king and will prioritize carrying out his commands above all else, even killing traitorous demons if necessary. However, Lucifer will rely primarily on his most loyal demons.

H2 = It represents the end of everything and the complete liberation of the demons (including Lucifer).

H3 = God leaves signs before the Apocalypse, indicating that it is approaching.

C1 = The Apocalypse is the method of escape.

D1 = Is the Apocalypse fixed to a specific date, or can it be altered?

H5 = Several acts of God were changed after He changed His perspective, such as with Nineveh and King Hezekiah.

N1 = The Apocalypse is described as the end of all things, not merely the destruction of nations.

H6 = Humanity has committed every kind of evil throughout history, including nuclear catastrophe.

C3 = Humanity's darkest moment was indirectly caused by demons, so God does not judge it as humanity's own evil.

H8 = Jesus is God.

H9 = Jesus' sacrifice speaks of the forgiveness of humanity's sins; Jesus loves humanity.

H10 = God responds with judgment when part of humanity falls into wickedness.

H11 = The Apocalypse is an extreme version of that judgment.

C5 = God's behavior suggests that the Apocalypse is most likely alterable.

C6 = The Apocalypse occurs when humanity's evil reaches unprecedented levels.

C7 = This makes the Apocalypse manipulable, but not through demonic warfare alone.

H12 = The Apocalypse is the easiest way to free the demons and Lucifer.

C8 = Triggering the Apocalypse is the path to freedom.

H13 = Humanity is highly susceptible to manipulation.

H14 = Extremely high levels of global wickedness will increase the likelihood of the Apocalypse.

C9 = Driving humanity to its greatest depths of evil will be the method of escape.

H15 = Certain beings will attempt to stop the Apocalypse.

C10 = If the Apocalypse is manipulable, then it can also be prevented.

D5 = Is there anyone intelligent and influential enough to attempt this?

C11 = Yes. There are individuals capable of preventing the Apocalypse.

C12 = Guiding demons to manipulate humanity will be my method.

D6 = What is the easiest way to provoke humans into hating one another?

H17 = Racism, ideological conflict, pride, and greed are the most effective ways to generate hatred.

C13 = The demons must encourage racism, ideological division, pride, and greed throughout humanity.

H18 = Sheep follow their shepherd.

C14 = The demons must disguise themselves as leaders to influence those beneath them.

D7 = What is one of the things God hates most?

H19 = God strongly condemns worship directed toward false gods.

C15 = Demons disguised as leaders must perform rituals dedicated to gods other than Yahweh.

D13 = How will I gain access to the Vatican's ancient documents in order to alter them?

C22 = Demons must intercept the couriers outside a church while disguised as humans, stage a collision, replace the ancient document with one I have altered, and leave unnoticed.

C23 = I will have one demon impersonate the Antichrist, even though he is not the real one, creating a false Antichrist to become the final drop that overflows the cup.

D14 = Would many humans realize that the Apocalypse is unfolding?

H30 = Humans are regularly attacked by demons.

H31 = Demons are supernatural beings.

C24 = Humanity is already accustomed to supernatural phenomena, so this will not stand out.

D15 = Which prophetic sign is the rarest?

H32 = The disappearance of stars is the rarest event.

C25 = I will infiltrate demons disguised as astronomers to explain that the missing stars merely died long ago and that their light has only now ceased reaching Earth.

D16 = Does the Bible explicitly confirm exactly how the Apocalypse works and whether it is impossible to stop?

H33 = Neither the Bible nor any document confirms this with certainty.

C26 = Those attempting to stop the Apocalypse must first determine whether it can truly be prevented.

H34 = A mortal may eventually realize that the prophecy has been tampered with.

H35 = Anyone's first conclusion will be that God is responsible.

H36 = That conclusion may change after noticing inconsistencies and identifying which events differ from the others.

H37 = If the God hypothesis is rejected, the only remaining conclusion will be Lucifer (me).

H38 = Someone truly exceptional could recognize my decades-long manipulation of humanity and my objective.

D17 = Could someone realize that their own actions might trigger the true Apocalypse?

C27 = If, hypothetically, the answer is no, they will unknowingly take the very actions that cause the Apocalypse—my victory.

D18 = What if they do realize it?

C28 = They still cannot stop me, because I remain imprisoned.

C29 = If I learn that someone is deeply investigating the Apocalypse through demonic activity, I will create numerous events that are impossible to distinguish between my work and God's.

C30 = If that person begins doubting God because they believe I caused His actions—or believes God caused actions that were actually mine—the resulting doubt will provoke God into accelerating the Apocalypse.

D19 = What if the person simply ignores everything?

C31 = Then I will accelerate every part of the plan until they are forced into the case or the Apocalypse occurs regardless.

D20 = What if someone attempts to capture me?

C32 = I will command the demons to make that person disappear, along with others, creating the appearance of unexplained disappearances, while ordering demons to reveal fragments of the truth to someone else.

D21 = If someone suspects I am responsible for part of the Apocalypse, what will I do?

C33 = I will command demons to imitate the sound of the trumpets through Leviathan, stage the appearance of the Four Horsemen with false demons, and fabricate other prophetic signs.

D22 = What if someone avoids every deception and realizes humanity simply needs to become good again to stop the true Apocalypse?

C34 = I will guide the demons to rapidly elevate that person's influence, causing humanity to rally around them, while quietly removing the false Antichrist from public attention.

H39 = This will gradually transform that person into the Antichrist through overwhelming mass influence.

D23 = What if they realize this and withdraw, choosing instead to improve humanity quietly without becoming a public leader?

C35 = Anyone capable of accomplishing all of that deserves my respect. I will spend my limited time assuming the form of someone they deeply trust, guiding them toward one final mistake. If they still refuse to fall, I will reveal myself and choose to eliminate them with my own hands.

Contingencies

D24 = What if nobody realizes it or connects it to biblical prophecy?

C36 = I will have demons whisper subtle clues to the most intelligent yet temperamental person available, convincing them that they alone are a messiah who understands the truth.

D25 = Will God intervene?

C37 = He already understands the plan—He understood it the moment I conceived it. If He has not intervened, it is because He believes this is humanity's test to determine whether it is still worthy.

D26 = What if the world's geniuses come from different cultures and religions?

C38 = I will have demons alter the primary sacred documents of those traditions, subtly introducing biblical apocalyptic events and directing seekers toward the Bible as the central source.

D27 = What if they still fail to understand?

C39 = I will send demons disguised as leaders of those religions to proclaim that the Apocalypse described in the Bible is what is unfolding, each at different stages of the plan.

D28 = What if the many possible interpretations only lead to indifference?

C40 = I will intensify artificial versions of the prophetic signs—demons impersonating the Four Horsemen, Leviathan producing trumpet-like sounds, and similar deceptions—to guide the masses toward the interpretation most favorable to my plan and strengthen the conviction of the supposed "chosen one."

I've been thinking about posting my novel here, but I started wondering: would it actually be valid to post it in this sub? It has things like methodology and several intelligent characters, but I wouldn't specifically call it an SCD work. It contains many other elements such as fights, cosmology, drama, romance, etc., so the SCD aspect is somewhat secondary, although it is still important.

For example, there are things like energy manipulation, magic, and even aliens. One of these races can create weapons inside their bodies almost instantly, but the explanation is that these beings must learn and recreate something like a plasma cannon atom by atom, without making a single mistake in any particle, otherwise the weapon would come out defective. All of this has to be done within mere instants.

So, while it does have SCD foundations and includes things like cases, situations, plans, and so on, I wouldn't say that's the main focus of the story.

So, first, how highly would the plasma cannon feat scale? And second, would it actually be appropriate to post this here?

Anomalies are beginning to occur around the world; wars are on the rise; evil is spreading; a global leader emerges; some stars disappear; and disasters are slowly becoming more frequent

The character must link all these events to specific early signs of the biblical apocalypse

The information in the Bible and other theological sources is problematic: they have been translated over millions of years, and anything could have been reinterpreted.

It is not known when the apocalypse begins, but once the first seal is broken: it is all over.

Based on what can be interpreted as true in the documents and the Bible, one must conceive of God and define Him.

We must weigh up the possibilities: whether the apocalypse is something that can be altered, a self-fulfilling prophecy even at this very moment, or simply inevitable

Find the answer amongst these three

Realise that events are often forewarned and that God may change his mind; therefore, we must strive to improve all of humanity so that the apocalypse does not occur

God knows everything; manipulating them, killing them or imposing a dictatorship upon them will only make the situation worse

Your deadline is unknown

The prophecy is full of pitfalls; trying to stop it by killing the Antichrist or other such measures will not work and will only bring the apocalypse forward

That his intelligence is superior to that of a normal Baku? That physically he would be, at the very least, on a par with a referee, which would give him an advantage in certain situations; that the feat of deducing Gonen’s echolocation lies with the original heart? Or would absolutely nothing happen and, at best, he would simply be able to climb a single flight of stairs?
