Ex husband not allowing dog walker to enter house while I am on trip
Currently separated in divorce process. Lived with my husband for 25 years we are joint owners of this house. We have an aggressive dog that cannot be boarded, historically my parents would come, walk the dog, give him food and leave. This year we are going on a trip while he stays home and is saying he is refusing entry to my parents to feed the dog and will not take any care of our dog so we cannot go on our trip. By law is he allowed to do this? He said there will be no agreement. I cannot board this dog he is 6 years old and has never been boarded with extreme anxiety.
Edit: the dog cannot go to my parents house, he is aggressive and it was never possible to leave him there. His environment is his house, we have tried this before and he bit them there.
