Uber is Jacking Up Prices

After successfully crippling the competition by massively undercutting fares and overpaying drivers, Uber have forcefully used their billion $ corp status to forcibly become the dominant cab company in Swansea.... With the remainder now being unreliable.

And recently, they've began jacking up their prices. Sometimes to an extreme degree. We should not allow this to happen. On morning at 7AM, I was quoted £30 for a 2 mile journey to the bus station. No rush hour, no events, plenty of available drivers, no traffic. The worst part? After calling other firms I was told I wouldn't get a cab for 20-30 minutes. I already had a coach booked so was forced to pay Ubers extortionate fare or loose out on the coach ticket. Then within 3 hours the price reverted back down.

Since then, fares that were £5 are now routinely £8-£12. Surge pricing is active more often, despite there being no traffic or shortage whatsoever. Uber had butchered transport in Swansea and prices will only continue to skyrocket as long as people continue to pay these prices. The catch 22, is that like myself, many of us are now forced to pay these prices because the competition has been so badly crippled by Uber.

Atlantic Records Used AI To Write Condolence Post

This is actually so disgusting. After the way Oliver was treated by Atlantic Records, they had some nerve writing this in the first place. But to then catch that em-dash, run this through an AI detector to find out that the entire post was written by AI, I am actually lost for words.
