Dating in the Tri-Cities — are people actually dating?
Not a Tri-Cities native but been here for a few years now, and, I can’t seem to figure it out. Honestly, making friends was already harder than I expected, and I’m very social, but I’m finding dating here to be a whole different challenge. 😂 😅
It feels like everyone has either already dated each other, is connected through the same small social groups, or is mainly looking for something casual which isn’t my style.
So I’m genuinely curious 👀 have any of you actually had good experiences dating in the Tri-Cities? Like, meeting someone who was genuinely interested in getting to know you, going on actual dates, and eventually building toward something meaningful?
I’m not necessarily looking for “where do I find a boyfriend?” 😂 I’m more interested in hearing from people who have had positive experiences with the dating scene here and where & how you met your person.
I just feel like the dating pool here is REALLY small?
