Tried the new brunch spot yesterday and figured I’d give a quick review here!
-cute place, order at the counter, find a seat and they bring the food to you. I was surprised that they also bus the table - there are no trash cans for the customers
-self serve soda and water, paper straws, if you order off the coffee menu they bring it to you. The coffee did look delicious and like it was made well, I will be getting one the next time
-we did not get alcoholic drinks but there is a bar there and the drink menu looked good
-Prices are reasonable, everything comes on a biscuit and the cheapest biscuit was about $8 the most expensive was $14
-we got plain tots ($5) as a side and they were delicious and seasoned well, the biscuit sauce is a yummy fry sauce
-we tried the chicken biscuit and the steak egg and cheese and they were both super yummy and filling
-they employ teens and train them well which I appreciate
-service was quick and polite, restaurant was clean, we will be back again!
My family and I are out waiting on the Finley Ghost right now and we’ve been waiting for a while. Has anybody been recently? Does she still come out?
I hate trying to search for layers across multiple sites.
I built this site and hopefully this community can find some use with it.
It comes from authoritative sources that gather fire data, air quality, wind, and weather. Plus the AlertWest cameras for that mountaintop view.
It works on mobile and desktop.
It's free.

I've gone to APW for years for my routine gynecological care and have Lisa Garcia, who is absolutely amazing. I just found out I'm pregnant (first pregnancy) and scheduled my initial appointment. I was told that none of the midwives were available and that I would have to have my 8 week appointment with an MD. Also, it will be a temporary, locum doctor because it sounds like all their doctors, except maybe 2, have either quit or are on leave since earlier this year. This kind of terrifies me (an already anxious person).
I've known for a while that I want to see a midwife based on my experiences with Lisa. I was told after the 8 week appointment that I will be able to switch my care to the midwife team. But feeling scared with how understaffed that office is and what may happen if the pregnancy turns out to be high risk.
Anyone have any experience with their locum doctors recently? I will be seeing a Dr. Blockman.

I live in West Richland and am desperately looking for a new job. I’ve been on indeed but not much luck these past couple weeks. I have been a restaurant sever for the past 10 years. looking for a new serving job, or something similar. I am also open to anything new if anyone has suggestions! 🥲
My dog is getting old (15yo) and can no longer jump into and out of the car.
Additionally, I had spinal surgery within the year and cannot lift him.
It's been over a year since he has had a bath or his nails trimmed. They are embarrassingly long and soon to become a real problem, if they are not one already.
Is there anywhere that will do this on location? Or someone that can help get my dog from point a to point b? I could probably still bathe him in a self-service tub, provided I can get assistance getting him into and out of the vehicle, and bathing tub.
I imagine $20 for nails and $30 for a simple bath? Is this reasonable prices, or should I adjust my expectations? He's obedient, and tolerant of baths, but can be annoying to bathe because he always wants to lie down for them.
Hey all! Can anyone recommend a restaurant with the most authentic, traditional, "oh my God this tastes like my grandmother cooked it" Mexican? No fusion food, plz!
I'm willing to travel, so general Tri-cities area within 1 hour drive is fine. Or food trucks!
Thanks!
We are going on vacation soon, and my pet sitter dissolved her business. Does anyone have recommendations on reliable and trustworthy pet sitting services?
ALPR on Columbia Dr. in front of the Apollo building has been cut down! To the patriot who did this, thank you. First one I’ve seen like this in the area, hopefully not the last🫡🇺🇸
Does anyone know why they tore out the rose garden?
Not a Tri-Cities native but been here for a few years now, and, I can’t seem to figure it out. Honestly, making friends was already harder than I expected, and I’m very social, but I’m finding dating here to be a whole different challenge. 😂 😅
It feels like everyone has either already dated each other, is connected through the same small social groups, or is mainly looking for something casual which isn’t my style.
So I’m genuinely curious 👀 have any of you actually had good experiences dating in the Tri-Cities? Like, meeting someone who was genuinely interested in getting to know you, going on actual dates, and eventually building toward something meaningful?
I’m not necessarily looking for “where do I find a boyfriend?” 😂 I’m more interested in hearing from people who have had positive experiences with the dating scene here and where & how you met your person.
I just feel like the dating pool here is REALLY small?
Like the title says, what are your favorite stores for hand dyed wool yarn? I know about Sheep's Clothing on Kellogg and I love it but I want a little more variety! Hobby lobby has some but I would rather not support them long term.
I'm okay to travel a bit, I don't think we have much in Tri Cities Proper.
TYIA!!
