Im honestly so tired of the "mandatory" training. Its always on days I close, starts at 10am, and ends at 3pm. Which means id be at the store starting around 9:30am, and id be going home at 1am. Gotta love a 15 hour shift. No breaks. And its just stupid ass videos I can watch at home at any time. Not to mention nobody in any of the manager chats even mentioned it until today, the day of.

Now they are telling me I have to drive to a different location (about an hour drive) on the other side of town to do it. I cant drive on the highway with my car right now, so wtf do I even do.

Like I barely make a dollar more than CSRs, this shit is not worth it for the amount of times i need to wake up Hella early for this bullshit company.
