A Recruiter is AGGRESSIVELY contacting me about a position I’d love to take in ideal circumstances…
But after taking a quick look through Glassdoor, and now this subreddit, I’m starting to have second thoughts to say the least.
I may be naive, but is it really as bad (RTO, micromanaging, recurring layoffs, megalomaniac leadership, etc.) as they’re all saying it is?
If so, it would be a shame, because the position itself would be a huge step up as far as my career is concerned.
